The core programme is 5 months: 2 months of intensive 1-on-1 strategic advisory (bi-weekly 90-minute sessions), followed by 3 months of peer learning workshops (weekly 60-minute sessions with your cohort). You also receive year-long access to our community.

Total time commitment: approximately 1 hour/week during the active programme. Most participants find the frameworks immediately applicable to their current challenges, so it enhances rather than adds to their workload.

Each cohort is limited to 6 senior technical leaders to ensure intensive strategic advisory and meaningful peer relationships. We run 3 cohorts annually. Current availability and start dates are confirmed during our discovery call, based on programme demand and your specific timing needs.
